OUR STAFF
The secretariat‘s core organizational structure consists of a Program Manager, an Office Assistant and Project Officers (Information Management , Monitoring and Evaluation, Finance and Administration and Capacity Building officers). Our team also periodically benefits from the support of temporary Writer/Editor and volunteers. Our staff is dedicated to support a company’s successful HIV and AIDS workplace program development and implementation including support in program monitoring and reporting.
Programme Officers support implementation of programme strategies, as well as creation of strategic partnerships and implementation of resource mobilization strategy. Part of their work is to support a company’s successful HIV/AIDS workplace programming and provide capacity building advice to help companies run their own programmes. The officers’ duties include providing support to companies in monitoring their own programme implementation, to write and submit timely reports, and to ensure reports to donors and management board are completed and delivered on time. Additionally, they look after the day-to-day running of the office, including administration duties. The positions of coordinator, administration officer and communications and marketing officer are currently vacant, due to lack of funding.
