The Management Board has ten members representing the sectors of Financial Services, Mining, Petroleum, Hospitality & Tourism, SMEs, and Women In Business Association. Members of the board meet on a quarterly basis.
The secretariat‘s organizational structure currently consists of a Program Manager, Project Officers (Information Management Officer, Finance and Administration and Capacity Building) an Office Assistant and a Temporary Writer/Editor.
BBCA secretariat is housed at BOCCIM house, Plot 5196 Old Lobatse road in Gaborone and is managed by a Program Manager.
